The technique enabled successful airway management while maintaining acceptable hemodynamic stability in this patient with unstable hemodynamics undergoing emergency surgery.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><i><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="color:black">Conclusion:</span></span></span></i></b> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="color:black">RSI with ketamine followed by succinylcholine appears to be a feasible anesthetic approach for patients with unstable hemodynamics requiring EL.
